Did you redo the calcs for apache? sounds like it's run with the same illuminance file because if you had changed the VLT then it would definitely change.
Oh, one thing... I wouldn't trust the VLT in the Apache Constructions... edit the glass in Radiance.

Yeah - they really need to tighten up the construction properties... "Integrated" doesn't really apply here as they might suggest.
